Encore® Solenoid Pumps
The Encore® solenoid driven metering pumps combine the digital technology of state-of-the-art microprocessors with the durability of high quality mechanics. Their versatility and wide range of external control options make them ideal for a variety of applications. The pumps can be supplied with a user-friendly digital display that shows the different operating modes and further technical messages.
Depending on the model selected, your Encore® E pump may be available with many of the following features:
- Capacities from 3.96 to GPH 27.7 GPH with pressures up to 232 psig
- Manual control with continuous stroke frequency adjustment from 0 - 70 strokes per minute
- Changeover function to external pulse control by water meter or other voltage free contacts
- Connection for level indication with alarm signal
- Changeover function to external control by 0/4 - 20 mA analog signal
- Pulse multiplication or division by factors of 2,4,16, 32 or 64
- Digital display
- Dosing heads and valves for high-viscosity media are available
- Material consistency for pumps and accessories
Encore® Mechanical Diaphragm Pumps
The Encore® M series is an economical line of motor driven, mechanical diaphragm metering pumps. This versatile line offers two versions to meet a variety of applications. The base model, Encore® ME, is a manually controlled version. The intelligent Encore® MB offers state of-the-art microprocessor control. By integrating the speed control, the Encore® MB eliminates the need for the further expense of additional variable speed controllers.
High quality mechanics, combined with the proven reliability of our Encore® MB series brains, brings advanced technology to the metering pump industry.
There are two chassis sizes within the Encore® M family. The smaller size is rated for capacities up to 42 GPH. The larger size is rated for capacities up to 92 GPH. Pressure ranges are available to 150 psi, depending on pump capacity. Check valves are double ball or spring-loaded single ball design.
Encore® Stepper Pumps
Stepper motor driven diaphragm pumps are particularly suitable for highly accurate, reproducible applications due to their design. Most chemicals can be safely fed into the respective processes using these pumps. The Encore® S series is available in four sizes for metering applications ranging to 5.20 GPH against pressures of up to 232 psig.
The compact stepper-motor pump, coupled with its intelligent drive concept, combines the big advantages of a solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump with the precision of a motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump. A variety of materials and connections are available depending on the specific applications. By using appropriate and recommended materials, the Encore® S pumps can be used in many process applications.
